About our soaps

All our soaps are made with love in small batches and handcrafted in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Most of our soaps are plant-based and 100% free from palm oil. We make them from high quality selected essential/fragrance oils and colorants. We only use the oils and butter known for their nourishing qualities such as coconut oil, cocoa butter, olive oil, castor oil, rice bran oil, shea butter, mango butter and sweet almond oil.

All our handcrafted soap are cured for 4-6 weeks with each bar being unique in nature and varying slightly in size, shape, and weight. Each standard soap weighs around 90-100g when packed.

We are a zero-waste small business. All our products are packed in paper, cardboard, and environment friendly courier bags before they arrive at your doorsteps.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or it was damaged in transit, 

please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. We will do our best to assure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.
